I&#8217;ve gotten a lot better about it, to where I currently drive 45 minutes to 1 hour drive each way to get to work. Nonetheless, it is not something I usually look forward to doing.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It was a bright and sunny morning, and I was driving to work. I saw that the next light had just turned yellow and it was only a few yards away. I considered slowing down, but on impulse decided to go for it. The light turned red as soon as I reached the stop line, but I kept on driving. When I got half way across the intersection, I noticed 2 cop cars were in the process of making a U-turn. The right thing to have done would have been to slow down and let them go&#8230; but my foot had other plans. Before I knew it, I was pushing on the gas and going faster, forcing the cops to stop turning. As soon as I passed the cop cars, I thought to myself, &#8220;Oh crap, what have I done?&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Both cop cars turned into my lane and started following me. My heart was pounding and I kept thinking, &#8220;I&#8217;m gonna get a ticket, I&#8217;m gonna get a ticket, I&#8217;m gonna get a ticket&#8230;&#8221; Then suddenly, for reasons I still don&#8217;t understand, both cop cars moved to the right lane and went about their business.<\/p>\n<p>Thank God for Grace.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Before I continue, I must point out that driving is not one of my favorite activities.
