Rescheduling Policy<\/h4>\n

Once payment is made for booking a reading, fees are 100% non-refundable. However, session fees can be applied to an appointment at a later date if you need to reschedule. Each client receives one (1) complimentary free rescheduling if the session is rescheduled 48 hours (2 days) BEFORE the call. To reschedule, you must do so prior to 48 hours (2 days) before your session begins or your payment and one-time complimentary rescheduling will be forfeited. To reschedule your session, simply send an email<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

If the session is canceled within the 48 hours before the scheduled start of your call, no refunds are available. All sessions must begin promptly. If for some reason you are unable to answer the call at the time of your scheduled session, Natasha asks that you reschedule your session for a future date.<\/p>\n

If you choose to book a reading with Natasha, she will use her connection to Source and Intuition to give you spiritual guidance and practical advice. What you decide to do with the information that she provides to you, including any actions you take, is your responsibility and choice.<\/p>\n\n

By booking a reading with Natasha Pierre-Louis, you, the client, agree to the following:<\/p>\n

  1. You’re at least 18 years old and have not been declared incompetent.<\/li>\n \t
  2. You’ve chosen to participate in this session voluntarily and have requested a reading of your own free will.<\/li>\n \t
  3. You understand and accept that your session may include information that does not seem to apply right now but could\napply in the future.<\/li>\n \t
  4. You accept that readings you receive from Natasha are subject to your interpretation. You take full responsibility\nfor your interpretation, emotions and life choices.<\/li>\n \t
  5. You understand and accept that Natasha does NOT provide spiritual information for people without a direct request\nfrom the individual(s) seeking assistance.<\/li>\n \t
  6. You understand and accept that Natasha does NOT do readings that predict death, divorce, or disease.<\/li>\n \t
  7. You’re aware that all readings are provided for entertainment purposes only and no guarantees are implied or stated.<\/li>\n \t
  8. You understand and accept that Any and ALL purchases are PREPAID prior to services being rendered, and services will\nnot be rendered if payment is not received.<\/li>\n \t
  9. You understand and accept that all sales are final. No exceptions. Refunds are only given if Natasha is unable to\nperform the reading.<\/li>\n \t
  10. You understand and accept that if the appointment time is missed or shortened by the customer or for whom services\nare being purchased for any reason, no refunds or exchanges will be made, and the appointment or appointments will\nnot be rescheduled or extended in any way.<\/li>\n \t
  11. You understand that Natasha reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.<\/li>\n \t
  12. On behalf of yourself, your assigns, heirs, executors, guardians, and all other legal representatives, hereby release,\ndischarge, waive, and forever relinquish Natasha Pierre-Louis, including her employees, employers, and any other\npersons associated with Natasha Pierre-Louis, from any and all known or unknown claims resulting from, arising out\nof or in any way connected with information you may or may not receive during your voluntary participation in a reading\nwith Natasha Pierre-Louis. You further agree that under no circumstance(s) will you, or any other person associated\nwith you as a result of your reading attempt to present any claims against, prosecute, sue, seek to attach any lien\nfor any purpose including satisfaction of a judgment or other judicial decree, to the property of Natasha Pierre-Louis,\nand you hereby waive all claims, demands, compensation, and all actions that you, anyone associated with you or any\nother participants in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries or perceived injuries or perceived\nor real losses you may suffer or believe to suffer because of or during your participation or involvement in a reading,\nresulting from any actions, statements, answers to questions or omissions made by Natasha Pierre-Louis<\/li>\n \t
  13. You understand and accept and agree that in the event any claim for damages shall be brought or prosecuted against\nNatasha Pierre-Louis or any persons associated with Natasha Pierre-Louis as a result of your actions, omissions,\nor other act, that you and\/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Natasha Pierre-Louis and all persons\nassociated with Natasha Pierre-Louis from any and all claims, actions or damages, legal and otherwise, made by you\nor anyone associated with you including the cost and expense associated with defending such actions or claims.<\/li>\n \t
  14. You understand and accept that all information provided to you during your session is considered confidential and\nshall not be disclosed except as required by law.<\/li>\n \t
  15. You agree that Natasha can use portions of any feedback sent to her after the session as a testimonial using first\nname only and state\/country and without revealing any specific information about the session.<\/li>\n \t
  16. You agree that Natasha can use portions of your session for articles on her website, without revealing any specific\ninformation about your session to sharing the universal message of inspiration and love.<\/li>\n \t
  17. You agree to receive occasional future emails from Natasha Pierre-Louis in the form of a newsletter with special\noffers, news and other information.<\/li>\n \t
  18. You’re accepting the terms of this agreement, disclaimer, and liability release, by your own free will while fully\ncomprehending what you are doing and the result and consequences of your actions.<\/li>\n \t
  19.
