Heya Cephus, thanks for stopping by. I agree with you that the heart wants what it wants. Yet, I find that some people tend to build emotional attachments quickly, myself included. In situations like that, where the friendship is still brand spanking new, I have found that the 3 realizations above work well.

Your realizations are spoken like a true philosopher! The heart wants what the heart wants. No amount of logic or planning can get in its way. I still like the way you approach it though. Guys go through the same thing but in realization #2 you can delete the character part. It’s only physical for men initially. They grow up after awhile lol…
