Hi Natasha,

You're busted! Just kidding! =)

Sorry to hear about the rough day you had. Learning to work against the desire to eat emotionally is a bit of a journey, and it takes some serious will power and practice. Don't beat yourself up over the this!

The detox isn't something that is "ruined" because you messed up for one dish, or one meal, or one day, or even more... if it is something you want to experience, just start again! It really is that easy.

If you didn't listen to the recorded Q&A welcome call, I highly recommend giving that a listen before you begin next time. It might be just the inspiration you need to get you through the times you want to fall off the wagon.

At worst, you learned that you need to always have some snacks with you so you can avoid Panda Express (some baby carrots in a baggie, a couple of apples, or other fruit) and lots of water. The emotional stuff can sneak up on you, but in a situation where that is not at play, just keep reminding yourself that it is just 7 days, and after that 7 days, you will allow yourself whatever you desire, if you still desire it. Keeping this 7 day commitment to yourself is really empowering! Avoiding getting too hungry can really help.

If you try again, good luck! We'll be thinking of you!
